On behalf of the organizing committee, we are pleased to invite you to take part in the “3rd Semiconductor Materials & Device Physics Conference (SEMIMATER 2026)” which will be held on April 6-8, 2026, in the stunning Convention Centre of the Liberty Hotels Lykia /Oludeniz in Muğla, Turkey.
SEMIMATER 2026 intends to be a global forum for researchers and engineers to present and discuss recent innovations and new techniques in Semiconductor Materials & Device Physics.
At SEMIMATER 2026, we aim to bridge the gap between fundamental research and real-world applications. Our goal is to foster a community that collaborates, innovates, and propels the semiconductor industry to new heights, addressing global challenges and ensuring a sustainable technological future.
